Clean your Bowl
While eating my breakfast in the Youth Hostel, the manager came into the kitchen and said "clean your bowl" - since I'd only just started my cornflakes I asked her if it was okay for me to finish eating first - she looked a bit embarrassed and walked out..

Everyone thinks Monte Carlo is the capital of Monaco, but it is in fact Monaco-Ville, but having said that, it's rather tricky to spot where one finishes and the other starts!

I stayed in the (only?) Youth Hostel in town, I seem to remember that it was in a portacabin, but right in the centre, so I could walk to see all the sights!
