Papeete

Papeete is the capital of French Polynesia. I spent an afternoon wandering around the place. It's a small place, with a pretty waterfront. But rather like Tahiti, there's not a great deal to do..

French Presidential Election

I guess the weirdest things I saw while in Papette was the "EU passport holders" queue at the airport. So strange to be half way around the world, but yet still see the EU stars logo! The other was all the posters for the up coming French presidential election!
