Don't try to buy a train ticket in The Netherlands with a credit card - you can't. Oh and don't try and buy a Eurostar ticket just before the ticket office closes - they REALLY don't like that!

The Netherlands - I've visited The Netherlands a few times now, I've spend a day wandering around Amsterdam, and even bought a sandwich from M&S!

However, most of my time has been spent Utrecht, an old university town in the centre of the country, with a Cathedral that got blown down by a hurricane. The bad news is that these trips have been for business rather than pleasure, so the opportunity to see stuff and for adventures has been rather limited, but I have had some very nice meals by the canal in the centre of town.
