Serbia

Okay, hands up, my trip to Serbia was dominated by my visit to Belgrade, but I did get to see a lot of Serbia from the train window as I travelled from Istanbul to Belgrade, and from Belgrade into Vienna.

From what I saw it looked like a pretty country, and I'll go back one day to see a bit more of it.
