Day 17 - Sat 17 Aug 96
Drove part way into Budapest, abandoned the car, and caught the bus into the centre. Did the castle district and the cathedral, then moved on to checkout the baths and the citadel, with great views over the city and the parliament building.
Then took a ride on the metro to the Opera, but no good seats left, so grabbed something to eat instead. Then went up the Cog railway, and headed back to the campsite.
