Day 29 - Thr 29 Aug 96
Shook the ants off the tent, packed up, and headed for Napoli - but got so fed up with Italian mopeds and the mad traffic, so got on the Autostrada - 1500 lira to avoid Napoli - money well spent! Stopped at a bar for cake, and a supermarket for provisions. Kept heading for Rome, found a nice campsite, and made it into the centre of Roma in the cool of the evening - Did the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, and St Peters all in about two hours! Got lost on the way back to the campsite - but found it in the end!
