Overland '05

Day 9 - Sat 7 May 05, Shipboard

A new day, the boat is pushing through some swell now, and there is very little to do on the boat, but the weather has cleared up. I had my free breakfast, and then headed back to my room. Big mistake, as I fell asleep! Travel by boat is okay, but I doubt if I could do it for more than three days!

Started to read up on what to see/do in Shanghai. Spent most of the day in my cabin either reading or sleeping, but I did do dinner and had the sweet and sour pork again.

I've been given my Chinese landing card, so filling that it will be tonight's excitement! The boat has just moved to Chinese time, so I have to re-live the last hour all over again!
