Hong Kong -> Kathmandu

Phil still isn't feeing that well, so head down to do breakfast with Alison. Then it was down town one more time - did a bit of shopping and then headed back to Kowloon to collect the luggage we'd left there earlier. Onward to the airport using the airport express railway. Collected the tickets, queued up and checked in. Managed to get a bulkhead seat. Pottered around the airport, exchanged the last of my HK$ into US$.

The flight was rather bumpy, but I find three free seats at the back so at least I can get my head down.

Arrived in Nepal in the middle of the night, Nepalese immigration was no problem, and even managed to change some money. The airport is rather basic. No sign of our 'booked' hotel ride, so take a taxi instead. The hotel has no record of our booking, but do have a room - Phil is still feeling unwell. We both collapse into bed unworried about the cost or state of the room!
