Day 33 - Thr 17 Apr 08
I guess you have to be careful about what you wish for - in Delhi I was asking for it to be a bit cooler, as I stepped out of my hotel in Almaty (not twenty four hours later) a bit of snow hit my jacket. By the time I'd walked a city block I was a snowman. Walked up to the park and saw the cathedral and war memorial. I've booked an expensive tour out to the canyon lands tomorrow. Back to the hotel to thaw out. Out again at about 15:00 to have a look at the main square, but there's not a great deal to see.
Got back to the hotel and didn't feel that well, I hope that I'm well enough to do the trip tomorrow!
