Day 78 - Sun 1 Jun 08
Up at 08:00, and arrived in Koln just after 09:00. Grabbed breakfast from the station - a rather good croissant. Wandered down to the end of the platform to get a photo of the cathedral (rather like the one I got last time I was in Koln!). The train to Brussels arrived on time, and I climbed aboard and found my seat. The day started out sunny, but 54km from Brussels it's cloudy and threatening rain.
No problems getting to Brussels and then it was a breeze through Eurostar customs and Immigration. I decided to upgrade my ticket to business on Eurostar, and very pleasant it was too! There's not a else to report, Eurostar got into St. Pancs. and that's the end of my two and a half month odyssey.
Tomorrow it's back to work!
